Area 01
Technology
Can it be built, fixed, or taught a new trick?
AI, websites, apps, online shops, and the joins between the systems you already pay for. I go down to the runtime (the engine that runs your code) when the problem lives there, and come back up with an answer your team can use.
What it looks like
“We need an AI chatbot.”
What it usually is
A search problem. If your own staff can't find the right document, a chatbot will find the wrong one faster.
Area 02
Measurement
Can we trust these numbers, or only the nice ones?
What gets collected, how it travels, and why three platforms report three different totals for the same week, each one certain.
“Meta says we sold twice what we did.”
Overlapping attribution windows. Every platform counts every sale it touched. Nobody is lying; they are all counting the same sale.
Area 03
Trust
Are we allowed to do this, and can everyone use it?
Privacy, consent, accessibility and security, tested on what your site really does, not on what the policy says it does. Policies are very good at sounding confident.
“We need a cookie banner.”
A tag-order problem. The tags fire before the banner loads, so the banner is decoration. The fix is in the load order, not the wording.
Area 04
Workflow
Where does the week go, and does a person need to be doing this?
People don't work in silos, so this area uses all the others. It starts with how your team works today, then takes the repetitive parts off their hands.
“We need another person for the reporting.”
Four people copying the same numbers between three systems every Monday. One integration gives them the day back.
Coming Soon I'm currently working on this and will be done soon! LET'S GO HOME
